Innersound is a charity dedicated to helping people regain their health and happiness through Qi Energy. Qi Treatments and Qi classes enable people to receive energy to regain health and peace, and cultivate a beautiful heart which is loving and giving.

When people feel happy in themselves they naturally can have more love, care and warmth for others. In this way we can bring happiness to people, families and communities.

The Innersound method is derived from ancient Eastern wisdom. Its techniques originated in South Korea and were brought to the West by a couple who have dedicated their lives to helping people with Qi Energy. They have trained Qi Masters and opened Qi centres around the world.

Qi Masters dedicate themselves to their intensive training schedule to receive and transmit pure and balanced energy and devote themselves to their care for people. They run the Innersound Qi centres as places for wellbeing and cultivation and reach out into the community to help those where there is the greatest need.

	Questa, Health Team Leader - The passage, Homeless Day Centre For over two years, the Innersound has provided a monthly service to homeless men and women who use the Passage Day Centre. Clients return for the monthly acupressure treatment and report that it is relaxing and leaves them with a feelling of having more energy. They feel calm and revived. In some cases there has been notable pain relief. The fact is that most homeless people rate health care as being pretty low on their priorities. With Qi Treatments, the clients are taking the first steps in caring for themselves. This also boosts their self worth, leading to a state of mind that enables individuals to make progress out of street homelessness.
