Qi Classes

Qi Classes is an holistic programme through which people receive vital Qi Energy to acheive and maintain peace and wellbeing. Qi Classes last one hour, and involve chanting, slow movements, breathing exercises, stretching, strengthening and meditation.
During chanting, specific sound vibrations open the bodies’ energy channels and pure vital energy is received. Slow movements stimulate energy circulation through these channels, dissolving energy blockages, and recharging all organs and cells. Breathing exercises aid the accumulation of Qi Energy, and meditation allows the complete digestion of this energy by creating a happy, bright and loving heart.

Qi Classes are based on the belief that there is a connection between the mind, body and spirit. According to Eastern medicine, the mind has the power to make the body healthy or unhealthy, and the spirit brighter or darker. A bright and loving mind and heart promotes the free circulation of energy in the body.
